Thunder, Happy New Year! Sorry for the delay. We have been out for the holidays.

What is the maximum range you are able to achieve for two-way ranging ?

The maximum range between two devices is dependent upon a lot of factors; to name a few: the height of the antennas, the orientation of the antennas, the type of antennas, the TX power settings used, and the environment.

Given best case scenarios (maximum TX power, optimal antenna placement and orientations, etc), it would be possible to achieve 200m or greater distance between two DWUSBs using the supplied antennas.

And also if you use multiple anchors what is the range? Is it the same or is it reduced?

For two-way ranging, you are always going to be limited by the distance between the two objects you are ranging between.

If you are employing an algorithm that takes advantage of additional anchors, then you may be able to extend your coverage area beyond the range of a single anchor.

Our current demo software (2.0.0) is limited by the range of the master device. All devices must be within reception range of the master to operate.
